Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days for in stock items and 10-15 business days for custom, made to order items for us to process your order. Expect an email from us to let you know when your order is booked with a courier and on the way!
STORE PICKUP - 5/35 Lusher Rd, Croydon, VIC, 3136, AUSTRALIA
Orders can be picked up daily, from 12-4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Many of our smaller items are free freight and will be shipped with Australia Post. If an express option is available that will add an additional fee that will be selectable at checkout and would be sent with AusPost Express.
Most of our larger items are calculated based on your location and options will be displayed at checkout including Australia Post standard, Australia Post Express & StarTrack Road Express.
(Items will be combined into shared packages where possible but often our larger items require an extra box)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries currently: New Zealand, USA & Canada. We use Australia Post for all International orders.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SeatSkins LTK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
